I had taken my family to watch Action Jackson, today, for 10pm show and had booked the top Sofa Row.
First of all the AC, was not working since the movie started. I did complaint to the person with ID card who was also watching the movie at the door about the same, but the stupid response I got was that its all automatic and he would try to do something.
I did wait for him to come back as I was waiting for him at the door but someone else came back telling me that it would be on in some time. 2 hours passed but that sometime never came.
Later when the movie finished, I met one more patron who was asking me if I have been to this theater before. I told him that it was a best theater some time back but may be cost cutting has hit it hard.
He told me that few days back he watched Interstellar here and today Action Jackson and both the times he says he was bitten by insects.
So, I request everyone who reads this review to avoid this theater from now on wards. We are paying money but not getting comfort in return.
