First of all if your planning to take your girlfriend/spouse please do reconsider the decision before booking the tickets.Its a big "NOOOOO" The staff present there are totally uncivilized and they keep giving this stares as if they haven’t seen a girl before. The manager there is a classless guy who doesn’t even know how to handle patrons. He thinks he owns the multiplex and gives a damn about patrons feedback .so I kindly request you all not to choose gopalan cinemas as ur movie watching venue .
