I am big fan of GoPro portable camera and the concept of small camera to shoot anywhere anytime because when you try to shoot with camera in public place people don’t like it and they like to ignore camera.
So I want to buy it. there is some discount going on in GoPro hero5. Approx$50 and they also show that they give 3 way selfi stick with it for free. But I am not sure about that.
You can buy GoPro cam from Reliance stores in India. but I had tried it to ask it in few stores but no one had it. Then I asked to few youtubers. they said they get it from USA or Canada or Singapore from website or friends.
So I had decided to buy it from GoPro official website. which shows that they give 30 days money back guarantee. So I decided to buy it from official website.
I had purchased GoPro hero5 with memory card, battery, tripod mount, chesty mount, mic conversion which costs me$566.
The whole shopping cart is scrap on their website. because they don’t generate OTP for debit card transaction. they also don’t encrypt information while sending it to their server. when you place order you can’t see your order details on their website. its gone. they just sent one email to trace your order.
so in my case order is placed but money was not deducted from account. when I tried to trace order its not moving from their place. I can’t send them email to get feedback. they have given a phone number for India support which is not working. I have tried to reach out to chat support but its not working too.
so I don’t know what to do now. I have no option to cancel order. so I can buy it from somewhere else.
please help if you have purchased from GoPro official website.
