I picked up the GOQii fitness band as a gift to my mom and I am extremely impressed with the performance. There is very good accuracy with which the bank tracks her fitness activity and sleep. The band tracks number of steps taken, calories burnt, distance travel, active time. it also informs you about sleep pattern like hours slept, deep sleep, almost awake sleep time. There is an app which complements the band really well. both are connected via Bluetooth and works seamlessly.
The only draw back I can really think of is the touch sensitivity. some time the band needs a hard press where as a soft touch is sufficient in other times.
for the price we pay its an absolute value for money. I strongly recommend this product over others in the market.
