One of my worst decision in my life is to buy TV Ridaex. 43 inc. I stay in Hebbal - Bangalore. After placing order, I got TV almost after 3 weeks. I had so many technical issues with the TV from the first week itself. I called customer care but they said use on watsup to discuss. I have been posting issues ever since and none of my issues are solved this now.
TV now into 5th month and now TV is flickering. When I requested for TV replacement. They mentioned that TV will be replaced only when TV dont switch on and doesn’t work. My TV having so many issues does not come under the definition of doesn’t work. I really regret my choice to to bu this product. We dont need neighbouring countries to destroy us when we have people like Ridaex company like cancer to kill us.
