I was looking for resorts at Goa that was close to the beach plus allowed pets, as I dint want to leave my lovely cocker Spaniel back home alone. This was my first trip with my year old daughter, pet and family so wanted something that I would not regret and Lo I found Goveia. I happen to call the Resort and got connected to the owner who gave a great deal on the price and welcomed the Pet. WOW!!! Reached Goveia to find it true to its pictures, very serene with the Garden, pool and the cosy rooms with a helpful Staff.
Goveia is a stone’s away from 2 beaches - Ozra and Vagator, Car and Bike hires are close-by. The Wednesday Anjuna Flea market is 10 minutes away and so is Calangute and Baga. 10 minutes from the Saturday night market both Mackies and Ingos. So this resort at Anjuna is the ideal for your must sees around North Goa.
Food included mostly continental fare( Eggs, cornflakes) for breakfast which was a let down for my lil daughter and me being a Vegetarian.
My recommendation is this is an excellent place to visit if you are in Goa.
