My son was born on 08/09/2006 at maternity hospital, But they did not send the details to the municipal office.
When I inquired at Municipal Office they told that details have not came from the hospital. In this case I am not able to take my son’s birth certificate.
Now, what are the steps I should proceed to get my son’s birth certificate? I want the solution.
Please help.
