I had purchased a Pack of paneer from lulu Hyper market in Dubai 0n sept 16th. When I opened it after few days for consumption I found it to be totally contaminated with fungus, even though it was nearly 3 months from expirey. immidiatly I wrote to the company at their customer care email address given on their web site.
Lulu has replaced the item but I have not heard anything from the company sofar. They did not seem to care about customer complaints.
if this is their attitude to a customer complaint why should we buy such a product when there are far better products available in the market.
