Gowarranty scam and his master mind sameer Sheikh

Hi, I am Rahul Tiwari.

Today, I am exposing a fraudulent scam company operating under the disguise of providing extended warranty services. I purchased an extended warranty for my Motorola ZX Pro TV on 22nd February 2021, which included 1 year of manufacturer warranty + 3 years from GoWarranty.

Timeline of Scam & Harassment

In June 2024, I raised a service request due to a hairline crack appearing on my display. Instead of helping, they dismissed it as minor damage, stating:

> "We will assist you only when the damage increases—like if the whole display stops working."

In September 2024, the bottom section of my TV stopped working. I raised another complaint, and their executive casually said:

> "We can’t help you. You shouldn’t have bought a Motorola TV. It’s Chinese."

What kind of logic is that? When I questioned why this wasn’t disclosed at the time of policy purchase, they brushed it off and claimed it was liquid damage, without even conducting a physical inspection!

After I insisted, they finally scheduled a technician visit. The technician confirmed:

> "This is a burnt display. I’ll submit the report to the company."

A month later, in October, I received an email stating that the damage was caused by moisture in the panel. How did they detect that without inspection? No one knows. When I argued again, their executive hung up the call.

I tried raising a complaint again, but this time, they declared my policy null and void.

Scam Leadership: Sameer Shaikh & Team

I then contacted Sameer Shaikh, the owner and mastermind behind this scam.

He connected me to his executive Jameer, who promised to arrange a panel at the lowest cost. He wasted 4 days and delivered nothing.

When I followed up with Sameer again, he said:

> "We can’t help you. It’s air damage."

First it was liquid damage, then moisture, and now air damage? What next?

I referred to a recording of their sales executive, who had clearly said:

> "We don’t cover physical or water damage caused by the user, but screen bleeding resulting from liquid will be covered."

Sameer then got defensive and aggressive. He started threatening me and said:

> "I know many people—you can’t even imagine who they are."

But I stood my ground and gave him a befitting reply. He had no answers and eventually blocked me.

The Hidden Truth

After this, I exposed their scam on social media. In response, they initiated a WhatsApp conference call with Jameer. At first, they tried to threaten me, but when I didn’t back down, Jameer told me:

> "We will return your money."

After begging for 5 months, Sameer finally transferred Rs. 2, 500 to me. But my panel cost is Rs. 17, 500, and I demand a full refund or reimbursement of my policy.

Let me also reveal that I’m in contact with multiple unpaid employees, whom Sameer owes ₹2–3 lakhs in pending salaries. They’re staying silent out of fear. But I am not.

I also know the residential address of his sister Sana, based in Mumbai.

Don’t test the patience of a middle-class Indian.

His Delhi-based service partner, Jameer Singh of Shree Sai Enterprises (Contact: +91 98715 6xxxx) is also involved in rejecting claims under Sameer’s instructions.

Conclusion:

This company is a fraud.

It is cheating customers, not honoring warranties, not paying employees, and harassing anyone who demands justice.

Sameer Shaikh is the kingpin, operating from Qatar, using WhatsApp to communicate and avoid legal consequences.
