This is Big fraud company. I request all of you pls don’t buy any extended warranty plam from this bullshit company. This is really inhumane, how they are doing scam with the hard earned money of any individual.
I have all the proofs.
I had bought 2 warranty plan. One for my HTS and one for my 55" Sony bravia TV.
Now firstly when the issue came in HTS, they said one of our sales executive had given you a wrong plan this can not be served any more. I said Ok. At that time i acknowledged from them that the current plan of my Bravia is OK? They said that is perfectly fine.
Now currently when the issue arises in Bravia, again I called them and they said upfront that your current plan is failed in audit!! I said what!!!! If that was failed in audit, how can you hold my 18-20 k since 2-3 yrs!! . They cut down my phone.
Now after some time I called him that i want to extend my Bravia TV plan. Now they become happy and said yes sir pls do the transactions of 19k more we will extend your plan till 2027 currently your product is covered till 2025.
If that plan failed in audit how are you Renewing that plan!
How can you issue me a extended warranty certificate if you are failing my product documents in audit! Also they had deleted the TV photograph with serial no.
Guys its totally a fake company pls stay away. And pls guide me how can i drag these scammers.
