I am formally resigning from my position as Service Manager at Go Warranty, effective immediately.!
This decision is due to unfair salary deductions under the name of utilization, which were never discussed or communicated by the company’s owner, Mr. Sameer Shaik, before my joining. Additionally, he has misused my LinkedIn profile, reflecting a serious lack of professionalism.!
The company follows deceptive practices and wastes employees’ time. They pay salaries through their UPI ID(GPay) instead of maintaining proper payroll transparency. Furthermore, the company consistently delays salary payments, holding employees’ salaries for an entire month without any justification.
I am highly dissatisfied with the salary structure, and both Mr. Sameer Shaik and Sales Manager Mr. Ajai have acted fraudulently, further proving the unprofessional and unethical nature of this organization.!
Given these issues, I can no longer continue and would not recommend this company to anyone. I appreciate whatever experience I have gained, but under these circumstances, I have no choice but to step away.!
