Don’t even book here.! I have wasted my money, time booking here. Please don’t be a victim of this fraud company.
I googled’Chennai to Tirupati’ and booked a round trip on Gozocabs, paid 15%(806 INR) advance and waited for my cab, I didn’t get my cab number till 7:40pm, the planned ride was on 10.30pm, I found lots of negative reviews so in order to avoid disappointment I decided to take my own car and called Gozocabs to cancel the booking, I waited for 5minutes on phone to get my call connected to executive, he made me wait another 3 minutes saying I will check and he said that the ride will be cancelled and amount will come to my Gozocabs account, I said I wanted it in my bank account, he denied my request and I said "this isn’t fair at all, eitherway I will post a review and will send a complaint mail, go on and cancel pleaase." He cancelled my booking and charged 806 INR as cancellation charge. Even Ola outstation or Savaari doesn’t have any cancellation charge, this is totally unfair. And the guy said I will receive my money on Gozocabs which I could only use for next booking but even that didn’t come, he charged it as cancellation charge. Please avoid this service at any cost. There are lots of convincing negative reviews on Gozocabs, please avoid this fraud company at any cost to avoid wastage of money, energy and time.
