I booked cab services to travel outstation return journey using Gozocabs services with Travel Plan No. RT30-3983988. My journey started on 23rd November, 2023 and returned on 24th November, 2023.
While making my booking with Gozocabs, I specifically requested for a Petrol or Diesel sedan car. On the day of journey, I was allotted with a CNG car, which I refused to travel. Their local cab aggregator called me and asked me why I refused CNG car and I told them that my requirement is either Petrol or Diesel car. After arguing with me, their local cab aggregator allotted me a diesel car and shared the driver contact details. When I tried to reach the driver on phone, driver refused to pick up the calls and later he switched off his phone. Again I reached local cab aggregator and informed him. Then he allotted another diesel car and I started my journey after 1 hour 20 mins delay due to vehicle allocation problem. The driver does not know the travel plan as it was not shared to the driver by both Gozocabs and their local cab aggregator. I explained to him about to travel plan and the driver doesnt know anything about Gozocabs, as he never heard about the existence of Gozocabs.
While I am in contact with local cab aggregator, I also made a complaint to Gozocabs, and they never called me back with their resolution.
Cab I was provided and travelled had air-conditioning problem, the driver and the aggregator knows the problem before start of my journey. After starting my journey, I asked cab driver to switch on AC, then the driver informed me that there is a problem with AC and he took the car for AC repair during my journey. AC gas was filled and the driver asked me to pay the repair charges. After arguing with cab driver and their aggregator, finally I paid the AC gas filling charges to the AC service work shop and continued my journey. After 45 mins of my journey after filling the AC gas, AC stopped working and I was forced to travel my entire journey of more than 700 Kms with out AC. Finally, I reached my destination on 23rd with 2 and half hours delay.
The cab driver is unprofessional and his driving skills are very poor and rash driving and negligent driving.
After return, I raised this issue from vehicle allocation to cab problems in their feedback(info@gozocabs.com) on 25th November, 2023. Gozocabs raised a ticket with ticket ID #6799270004 on 27th November, 2023 and informed me that the problem will be resolved in 2 days. Till today, I havent received any reply by email or phone call for my complaint from Gozo Cabs.
This is how my experience with Gozocabs. I feel they are very unprofessional in their services, and I will never use their cab services in future.
Surprisingly till today, they dont have the correct information about the vehicle I travelled and the final amount I paid in their invoice details. I am uploading the invoice and the vehicle I travelled pictures, so that one can check the vehicle number I travelled and the vehicle number mentioned in their invoice.
I strongly suggest, not to use Gozocabs services.
