The building had an audit conducted recently and the builder, by promising extra parking for some residents, so selling them those has a negative parking to flats ratio. So, if any of you are looking to buy an apartment there, get the builder to allot you a parking space before you even pay a rupee. Don’t fall for them saying, don’t worry you will get a parking space, etc, it’s all lies. They take zero accountability, I bought a flat 2 years ago, still no parking is allotted. They want to sell all the flats with their lies and the leave parking for residents to deal with. They promise a tennis court as per their website, if you do visit the site, please ask them to show the tennis court to you.
