Simple steps at grabmore.in to attract customers:


advertise  book order > don’t deliver > wish for cancellation by customer himself in frustration


I wanted to buy Kindle paperwhite which was only available in USA but I saw grabmore.in on the top of sponsored search results on google.


I bought Kindle paperwhite from grabmore.in on 2nd Nov order #29632


However, since last 5 weeks I am hoping to see the order status move forward from "order processing by Grabmore USA".(total committed time to deliver was 5-7 weeks)


When I called up the customer care, I got the response that the product is in demand hence there is no guarantee of delivery. This is after paying entire money upfront. The agent was happy to accept any cancellation and even mentioned that the website doesnt mention the product any more.


I have decided to take this up with their authorities. It seems, at Grabmore, there is no sense of honoring the commitment. Only way to attaract customers is senseless spending on promoting it on google(even if you cant fulfill the demand). Totally hands-off approach and irresponsible behavior from grabmore.in / grabmore.com


After waiting for almost 6 weeks, I want the product to be delivered in the desirable condition but I guess grabmore.in would be wishing why dont I simply cancel the order.

Since there were numerous orders flowing-in from worldwide for Kindle paperwhite at that time, the manufacturer couldn't cater to all at the same time as the supply was very limited. We had tried every possible way to do something about it but were only left with the choice of product arriving at its own time. Your experience with this shipment is neither typical nor an accurate reflection of the type of service we wish to provide. We empathize with you for the anxiety and difficulty you experienced.
