I have ordered a product one month ago on the 5th of November and the status is still "waiting to be shipped from the USA" today the 2nd of December. This is below the timelines mentioned by the website in every possible way which expicitly stated the shipping timelines as 1.5 weeks.
They have sent me a very helpful message saying it is "Unavoidably Delayed" but no other information. Don’t know if it will ever arrive.
