I ordered Leatherman Crater C33L Knife from this website on 25 of August (Order No. 62829). I already have Stanley Cutter and Victorinox Swiss Champ but they are a bit fragile to use in certain cases!!
After I ordered, I was e-mailed that it will take about a week to arrive. The same was written on the product purchase page. Ever till 25 of September the product wasn’t delivered to me. I didn’t call as I opted for COD and wasn’t worried. About a year ago I had ordered the same from buytheprice.com which I guess is now Tradus, they told me the product is out of stock.
So I thought the same might have happened with Grabmore as well. Around 5 of October I received a call from Grabmore telling me that the product was held in customs dept. and is now cleared. She was asking me whether I still wanted the product to be delivered or not, to which I obviously replied yes.
I received the product around 10 of October in Perfect condition. Was well packed and of course being a Leatherman, was well built as well.
If you believe their story, they did fine, else poor service.
