Want to know about warranty for USA products

Bought surface tablet pc from grabmore for my father in india. This was a USA a stock. I got the product on time and everything is fine till now. Just want to know, in case of product issues, how to claim the warranty for USA product. Since I am in USA now.


Just wanted to know if someone can answer this in mouthshut.

Hi sendtoram2002,To answer your query, all USA products come with one year manufacturer warranty and this includes one-way free shipping that is in the case of defective products only - (physical damages is not applicable).You will need to deliver the product in its original packaging to our Grabmore Indian location and pay one way shipping charge of Rs.1500. Then our team from India will send your product to Grabmore USA team, from there it would go to respective service centers. Grabmore USA team would coordinate with the service center in the USA. Once the product is returned to Grabmore USA - after service, it will re-shipped to Grabmore India and the same would be delivered to you.At Grabmore, we are focused on ensuring customer satisfaction and happiness.RegardsGrabmore Team
