Surface tablet computer

I bought a Microsoft surface tablet computer as a gift to my husband on his birthday. The product was shipped from USA and I received it on time. The product was perfectly gift wrapped and I was amazed with how quickly it was delivered from USA. My husband loved this product.


I want the following things to be answered


a) How do I claim warranty for International products?


b) Also I was confused to see so many surface tablet products in websites. I want Grabmore to give comparison of different models, so it would have been easy to take decisions.


c) I had initially problem with Citibank EMI. Then I had to order it using normal credit card payments. So getting EMI through Citibank was a problem. I had no option since they didn’t accept ICICI card for EMI option.

To answer your questions...a) How do I claim warranty for International products? You will need to deliver your product in its original packaging to our Grabmore Indian location and pay one way shipping charge summing to Rs.1500. Then Grabmore team in India will send your product to the respective service centers in USA and coordinate with them. Once the product is returned to Grabmore USA, we will re-ship the item to Grabmore India and we will deliver it to you. The same is given on the Grabmore.in customer FAQs page.b) Also I was confused to see so many surface tablet products in websites. I want grabmore to give comparison of different models, so it would have been easy to take decisions.We value your feedback and will certainly comeup with some kind of comparison that will help our customers Zero-in on the perfect product. However, in the case of Microsoft Surface Tablets, the only difference is of memory capacity and operating system which is easy to differentiate going by the product title.c) I had initially problem with citibank EMI. Then I had to order it using normal credit card payments. So getting EMI through citibank was a problem. I had no option since they didnt accept ICICI card for EMI option.
