After reviewing and too many price comparisons, I finally decided to buy this watch SGW- 100-1vas a gift for my brother from grab more.
21 Dec I had order this watch and as per the instructions I was suppose to get this watch in a fortnight, instead watch was delivered within a week.
Gift wrapped it and drove down to my brothers place to surprise him. Surely he was surprised to see me specially with a gift(LOL).
He opened the box, removed the safety wrapping and to my shock the watch was not what I had ordered instead it was some AE model. I was disappointed and of course my brother was not aware of what I had order so he was still happy.
Called up grab more office informed them of the blunder they have made and as usual the typical customer service response that they are sorry and will arrange for a pickup and once they receive it they will check and then deliver me my original shipment.
It’s been a week no pickup has been made, brother is still happy that at least I made an attempt to surprise him and I am furious and worried that I made a wrong choice of booking this watch with grab more.
This was my first buy from grab more and I’m sure this will be my last too.
What a fail to understand is that they do not QC their shipment and I’m not sure if the next shipment will be the product I’ve ordered or will I have to do this all over again and again.
Pathetic service and response. They have ruined my surprise and wasted my precious time following up specially during the holiday season and to top it up they have not even attempted to follow it up with me.
A disappointed buyer for such an amazing product. Hope somebody will respond to this from GrabMore and deliver what I had paid for.
