NEVER EVER GO FOR THIS MEMEBERSHIP
They are stealing data and calling innocent people to collect Free voucher etc etc, Unfortunately we went to attend in Bangalore in Jun, 2022. Two gentle ladies from Grand Holidays and Resorts(https://grandholidaysandresorts.com/) attended us and explained very fancy stories that company had tie-up with 4 & 5 start Hotels(including Marriott/Radission etc) in india and worldwide but believing their words and joining this membership turned out to be one biggest mistake we have ever done.
As soon as we received their membership kit after a month(that too got delivered from Saharanpur in UP where as company has head office in Kolkata) we enquired about few destinaion in South India(Ooty, Kodaikanal, Mysore) and Goa to book and we were shocked after checking the online prices of the properties they provided.
See, including membership fee, maintenance+GST and Breakfast they will charge you approx 7.5k INR per night stay and when I checked the charges of the properties directly thru MakeMyTrip/Yatra etc then those were available in 5-6k INR easily with Breakfast(few properties were even available at 3k INR as well) and most of the properties were 3/4 star only. Now you can judge whether its really worth or not.I highly doubt they have any such tie-up with hotels. Even we tried to book a hotel in Bangalore itself and they said they don’t have any property in Bangalore, what a non-sense.
When we contacted these smart ladies and explained all this and requested to cancel our membership and refund the money, then they shown their true colors and started talking rudely and asking us to contact their customer care which is again another very bad experience and refused to refund money stating that we had signed agreement and all(which we did not get time to read on that day).
PLEASE PLEASE never attend such seminar and get trapped in these kind of SCAMs. All these good reviews on Google seems to be fake and given by their own people.
We lost our hard earned money but don’t want others to get trapped so writing this review and will keep repeating to spread awareness about these kind of SCAMs.
