We recently visited Agra and while searching hotels through net I have found Hotel Grandwith good name. I put up there but the service is so bad. I found in room no 60 intercom is not working.
I immediately reported but they did not do anything during my stay there for couple of days. The receptionists are indefferent. They are very slow in executing a simple operation. They are charging huge in compared to the service provided.
The rooms are very tiny and poorly maintained. The electrical swiches are loose enough. There service is so pathetic. I never come across such hotels where they did noy even clean the romms ehen asked for. Even there is a hidden ’’utility’’ charge never mentioned anywhere.
When I asked what is that I did not even give me proper response. This is excess apart from all luxary taxes. They gave me the bill but never mentioned the ’’utility’’ charge in the bill. Food bills were charged with service taxes but given on the small chits, no printed bill was given for food.
So these people are taking money of serivce tax but never paying it to the GOVT.
