We have stayed their three days. we have reach on 27th november 2012.
The following things about the resort are:(1) its location-: although its not far away from market but u will surely find peace and in the morning their is a nice sound of birds can be hear. it is difficult for the person to reach the market by walking but it is not a point of concern for those people who have their own cars.
(2) Staff-: the biggest plu point of the resort is their staff member. Who always give u a smile when u pass through them. the staff is very cooperative, polite and hardworking. the staff had many more characteristics which is hard to describe. but surely u will find the best service from the staff.
(3) Many Activities-: there are lots of thing to be done in the resorts. u can find carron. table tennis, garden, badminton court, playing area for children, pool table etc. we feel that if we have just visit the resort and not going to anyother places then also three days are less to see the full area or each and every corner of the resort.
(4) the resort is placed in very wide area and u will never ever get bored by just staying in the resort.
(5) Atmosphere:- the atmosphere was very good and surely u will get the feeling of staying in Jannat.
(6) swimming pool was little bit dirty but it should be not be considers as weak point because there is very cold in mahabaleshwar and no one will be thinking about diving in pool.
(7) I was just annoyed with the person on the reception who always think about the profit of the resort rather satisfying the cutomers.
(8) the time of check out is 8.30 which is too early and also the time of hot water is 7.30 to 10.00.but the real hot water will start around 8.30 or 9.00 AM. u will only get water which is very less hot.
(9) food is good but not what we can call the excellent food. nice music is also played at the dinning area during the lunch and dinner time. u will get the feeling of goa.
(10) the rooms and bathrooms are very clean and it has the basic ammenities like tea maker, cupboard etc.
