A very wonderful hotel with warm hospitality and terrific staff.I went there a few days back.We stayed there for three nights.The calm ambience of the hotel is popular with visitors and guests.They gave us very warm welcome with a large smile on their faces.Room Quality: We stayed in luxury rooms and rooms are fully equipped and well decorated with beautiful and high-quality furniture.Rooms were very neat and clean and spacious also.Bathrooms were also very neat and clean.I really astonished by the view from my room.A serene nature with beautiful mountains covered with snow.The air was very clean.Staff: The staff of the hotel was very courteous, humble and polite and was always ready to give special treatment to their guests.They were always ready to assist.The service was extremely prompt.Food and presentation: Food and dining were very good.Good quality of food was served with different mocktails.Variety of items included in breakfast an dinner. The food was very delicious.Games were also included and played on the top floor.Dj’s, bonfire and special evening entertainments were also arranged.On occasions, all hotel guest were sitting and partying together.The arrangement of parties was very impressive.Wonderful spa service was very good.They gave 100% satisfaction to their guests.We had a very good time with this GRAND VIEW HOTEL.I loved this hotel.This hotel is worth to visit.Thanks.
