Gratitude Placement

Gratitude India, this placement agency provides bulk recruitment and is considered to be the best in their field, but is that the truth?

This is the most chaotic placement agency have ever seen. They are over friendly bunch of college graduates who are talking to everyone in the room as if they know them from ages.

I had been here with my boyfriend, who was giving interview for Serco. They guy who was taking care of the rounds for my boyfriend was over-friendly not only with him but also with me(which was not required). Secondly, while I was waiting there for my boyfriend while he was giving his rounds, sincerely, I noticed, the recruitment staff were speaking to their candidates and telling them, “Do you have Facebook account?” Candidates says, “Yes!?” Gratitude says: “Just log in to your Facebook for a few minutes, I need to check-in from your end.”

When I saw this, I was royally angry but decided to keep my cool. First of all, they were forcefully doing the check-ins, and if a person like me who said no, they kept on pestering them.

Another ritual that these guys follow is, they have is every member who enters the placement have to fill up an online form on their app with all the details. I also did the same as the guy taking the rounds for my boyfriend pleaded me to. Now, I am stuck on their Distribution List and I get bulk unnecessary emails from their end every day.

After all this the interview rounds for my boyfriend took almost the entire day and they asked him to join the company from next week that he did. Post which the trainer at Serco asked my boyfriend if he gave the VNA round? And my boyfriend said yes, he did. And they said no we think gratitude gave it and they asked him to put his papers down.

After wasting 1 week in Serco and one full day at Gratitude, he gets nothing. And when confronted gratitude, the guy from gratitude said, “arrey bhai, let’s try some other company.” And I blasted on my boyfriend and asked him never to enter gratitude again.

I have worked in corporate and such kind of behavior is really very irritating. First of all, the candidates coming for the interview are not your friends. They need to maintain some kind of professionalism.

I am sure that they might be on the top or whatever but a bad behavior even with a single candidate is a black mark on the reputation. I will never recommend gratitude to anyone.
