Being employed in Gray Matrix for more than 3 years, I have grown here from trainee to system analyst. It has provided me good platform to excel and experience to showcase my ability to handle work and customer independently.
One thing for any company is that the employee will be satisfied for one condition and that is if the people around it is good and supportive.
Rightly said by someone People leave their employee and not the company holds for Gray Matrix too. Luckily I have been with supportive colleague and good management support. The work environment is also favorable, friendly and cooperative. I am happy to be a GMite and would continue serving this company.
