This is a worst company for employees. This organization is full with dirty and cheap level politics.
They don’t care for their employee and even if any one going to resign the organization this gray matrix is not going to pay his salary and full final settlement. And the HR Team is the worst part of this company, they always tries to spoil your career, even they provide wrong information to other company about the employee who is going to left their company.
I have ever worked.managers are pathetic. There is no professionalism, there is no policy, there is too much politics. The managers treat people like slaves, and they have different policy for each employee. They don’t care for your personal life, they insult you on floor in front of everyone. They write nasty emails, threaten you, and they keep employees in deep depression. More than a company its a recruitment company.
They think if they are giving you salary they are doing big favor to you. The HR team has no clue and control on managers. HR Team bluff while hiring you, don’t trust them. There are few managers who control everything, these people have formed their groups because they are here since the beginning of company, and they don’t allow anyone to grow.
Not recommended to anyone unless you don’t want to suffer like HELL.
