This is d worst company I have ever worked with in my entire career.i will put down d entire procedure how dis sick company works.during interview its hardly they will give u a hike from ur prev company. they will reduce 2k from ur current ctc and promise to reimburse it with a gud hike after 3 mnth review work.after 3 mnths of work, u never get upto ur prev salary.
They hv a sick mentality.they say they will have 2nd n 4th saturday off bt we got offs after wrkg for 8 saturdays.the mgmt doesnt hav a social life.the company is their only social life.they also want us to work on saturdays, sundays n public holidays.even when u r sick or hav sm emergency they will call u like hell and expect u to work from hospital.the company doesnt care abt ur personal life n ur probs.they just want u to work 24x7 without food n rest.
They have a pathetic office timing.they open up at 8:30 in the morning. a time when only doodhwalas n panwaadis open up in mumbai.they dont have any closing time.i have left office late at 11:30pm for 6 months.n despite of leaving at 11:30 they want us to reach at 8:30am sharp. else they will write warning emails.they want to apply rules and regulations like mncs but these double stndrd people r not qualified to mk d rules.their attitude is such that they will hire frshrs for as low as 4k.they will force them to work as much as they can.they will expect a junior resource to do the work of 10 yrs exp n expect it to be flawless.they will have bonds for job n will exploit u by saying that they will withdraw 1 crore rupees from ur account if u leave without notice n then u will be behind bars.no matter how hard we work, they will always reduce 2k salary n give silly excuses.if salary is delayed, the HR gives a lame excuse that "oops, I forgot to credit your salary. wait I will do it today".
They dont pay u during d notice period.in the end I was left so frustrated that I left without salary n without d docs.notice periods r also pathetic.n u cant give references as the HR named Poonam will always say that u were an under performer, u never met companies expectation n u wer fired during background checks even if u wer the best resources the company ever had.they r just behind how to exploit d resources.
The company has huge attrition rates.every yr they hire around 20 professionals.n fire around 25 of them.the core team which includes d HRs also is of 8 marwadis n gujratis.big time misers.they just be rude to d employees, especially d manager named Bhavika.she harasses her resources n if u say anything to her, she will directly fight with u.u will get career threatening emails, salary reduction emails n many more.n d HR n mgmt consider this as biggest talent n promote her for this nasty attitude.these bunch of 8 people also interfere too much in ur personal life n they will be always bitching about us behind our backs.
This is a wrong place to start ur career n work with as u will be left with only frustration with these stereotype people.hope anyone who thinks of joinin this s**t company reads this before n saves their life.oterwise u will b treated like a slave.the company didnot grow even after entering the markt 10 yrs ago.
