Poor and bad experience with great marataha hotel. Hingna road Nagpur.
I came there at 2016 to book it for annual function of my institution. They shown me hall for function I booked it by giving token of 5000/- rs.
we arranged 100 people’s gathering amt rs 450/- per head total cost of = 45000/- rs.
Menu and timing all has decided . I ask manger please cross check all partciapnts with gate pass. Ppl arrived from morning 10am.
Next day I reached 10.30 am no one is there to check n verify the passes hold by participants.
Hall was not ready for function. My staff and other team self ready and suggesting the hotel staff to do this this.
No preparation. Poor on timing.
No time management.
. Our function started very late approx 12.45pm we started.
Not proper lightings at hall.
No podium for spekar.
However all is committed by hotel manager at the timing of booking.
I had hot discussion wid incharge of hotel. After my discussion staff services became more poor.
We conducted our all activities during the function. Lunch was average not good not bad.
At the time of final payment we request hotel staff to less some amount. You have not given what you committed earlier.
Suddenly they start miss behaving. N finally after so much fighting they less only 2000/- rs only. We finally paid 38000/- rs reamaining amt.
Anyhow we conducted gathering. I am assured all of don’t go in case at that venue! They commiting something and giving something else!
