The worst service ever. They will send you the confirmation details, Cab number and driver details and drivers number. My pickup is at 6:30 AM today and they sent a message stating due to non-availability of cabs, your booking has been cancelled at 6:23 AM. That kind of a service they are providing.
When we call the customer care they tell a sorry and this will not happen the next time. And if we do the same thing and if we cancel, they will charge you Rs 100/- as cancellation amount. Ive asked the same thing and they are saying only sorry at that time also.
I would like to lodge a compliant on this issue. If someone know about how to lodge the complaint, pleas update the same.
