Green Honda, Nagole is a Scar in the name of Honda

Hi, I own a Honda City with the number TS08EN1125 and you may verify the services I had availed from your Green honda center at Nagole. Incenditelly, I had no choice than using your services as I reside in Nagole and essentialy I depend on your center for any service requirements. I had multiple experiences to evidence and establish that its completely money driven and not service oriented(under any circamastances). I can give the following reasons and experiences which includes the previous experiences which I have not highlighted taking a lenient view on the staff.




  1. Every time I give the vehicle for service or for washing, I get a standard response from the staff that, "due to heavy rush and high number of vehicles, washing could not be done properly, and pl give your feedback that you are not satisfied with the washing quality, we will get it done free of cost at a later date, may be about a week or 2 later.". Surprisingly, I never received any call from Green Honda to inquire about the quality of their service from them. I can challenge them on this issue! This is only a trick and sympathy to play with the customers that heavy rush and improper cleaning, actually its a way to avoid the work and mint money from the customers. Pl show one customer where they have reduced their pricing on account of improper service!




  2. Timelines given were never adhered or obeyed. This is not a new story and I am very sure that Green Honda have more than required stories to justify the delay in service. Why do they commit? They only know to give exaggerated estimates and bill less to claim that they have saved your money. I have enough evidences to show that they have given the items which are not essential but given as part of mandatory service only to increase their billing. 3. Insufficient parking and improper management while receiving - I again have a point to challange where I was asked to wait at the vehicle and a service engineer will be sent for taking the vehicle. I can not explain my anger in words as I was made to wait so much time in hot summer and security personnel have no clue who is going to attend the vechicle and when I enquire at service desk, I get the same answer that pl wait at the vehicle. .






This is an attempt to consolidate the problems I had encountered as recently as 3 days back but these issues include instances about an year back. Given a chance, I never recommend any of my friends to go to this place and ofcourse, I stand on top to avoid Green honda. But I have no choice as of now. Hope I will receive some response from some one on my issues.   I do not want to write all my issues at one go. There are issues with the staff, behaviour, security, and many more. will come out with more feedback soon ( about the instances of theaft of equipemnt from my car at showroom)
