Hi all, I am going to share my experience with a very famous sweet shop located very close to my place. Usually, we North Indians are a big-time fan of sweet dishes and that too from early morning starting with Dahi-Jalebi to late night desserts like ice-cream or chilled lassi etc.
So I am sharing my views regarding Green sweet house, Bairahana Allahabad. This shop sells everything you can imagine in fast food like tea snacks, sweets, cold drinks, samosa, cholle, namkeens, rassgulle etc.
So coming to the location, the location Bairahna is heavily crowded and being in a gali, this place is full of bikers and people around you. Nothing is organised, the same person is giving you sweets you have ordered and the same person will start giving namkeen to a new person who might have come later to you.
From the pics I have shared you can see that most of the people involved in preparation of samose, cholle or jalebi and breadpakode are not very clean and professionally. I have noticed many of them smoking bidis on several ocassion. They are least bothered about hygiene issues and cleanliness aspect.
Their staff keep on abusing each other and are very unprofessional. If you want to visit their restraunt, you will be shocked to see so many flies all over the place and mess all around. I mean you just can’t eat your stuff without being bothered.
Being their so many times, so I have realised to make people aware of their modus operandi. Kindly go through the pics along with review to judge things for yourself.
