Green for the seller n dust for the customer

My experience with Green dust has been very poor. I would not suggest not to buy. I keep buying things online from various websites but poorest experience was with green dust. I ordered a refrigerator from them on 4th may 2013. After a week they informed me that the color which they had displayed on website is not available and they sent photos which were not opening.


I told them that I am not able to open the files then they send other files which I could open and found that it has scratches on its body. I informed them and then there was silence for morE than one more week. Thereafter I recd another call mentioning that they are sending the pic of the products, I asked why, u have already sent the pic one week before.


Then they realized and when I told them that I had seen  some scratches on fridge and informed green dust thru mail but no one bothered to respond" , they said that they will recheck and after rechecking they said that yes those scratches are there and they  can not do anything abt it. In view of the delayed responses and substandard quality I asked them to refund my money. As a result they said it will be refunded thru draft which will take thirty to forty days time .


But why, it should have been refunded thru electronic transfer immediately or in a weeks time . All such delays in everything makes to think that later if I have the issue in the product then they wud give the delayed response again.


My suggestion to them is that they should change the name from GREEN DUST To DELAY DUST.
