This is the Most Pathetic site and Company to do business with. I bought a Washing Machine. but in the photograph the machine was broken and I canceled my order and requested for my Refund.
It has been 2 months and I have not got my refund back. Every time I call them and they say that in few days you will get your DD.
Earlier they were saying that they will deposit the money in my account but now they are saying that they will sent the DD / Check.
I have no words to explain my anger and my frustration.
Guys they don’t have good products and they are too lazy and completely useless with the after sales service.
Please my 8000/- Rs are stuck with them. Do not buy anything from them. They do not have any good products and when you will cancel your order then they will not refund your money.
