Okay initial experience

Updating my review based on responses received from Customer support at GreenDust.com. Receipt of the product in damaged condition, and then inability to reach customer-support on the day of receipt was disappointing... especially this being my first order on this retailer. Customer support started responding well upon calling them the next morning, although the call quality was poor and the calls kept dropping. They have assured me that they will look into the case to resolve it and have requested a pic of the damaged product. Hope that this eventually leads to an acceptable resolution.


The GreenDust.com website still needs some key improvements - especially, the order-tracking is not usable as of now (shows the orders that failed to complete, but does not show the order that was successfully placed). Also, return policy requires the customer to call them the very same day as of receiving the packet to get it replaced if there are issues, and that any complaints coming after that will not be entertained. At the same time, customer-service closes at 7pm.


For someone reaching home at 7:30 pm on the day of delivery, this rules out any complaints !
