Harrowing Experience & My NIGHTMARE

I have used Greendust before and had good results with them . so I did not think much when I made a recent purchase! ONLY this time it was harrowing to say the least.


I spent 5K to order a Food Processor and was delivered a FP that wasn’t working - Padmini MegaPro. I never got it delivered for more than a month . then finally when they delivered the product after eons, it wasn’t working! I mailed, tried their chat support, complaint form . NO RESPONSE! Absolute radio silence! I tried contacting Greendust God knows how many times . with less success. Finally when they pick up their customer service after tons of tries, they promised a call back and spoke very rudely .


However, I never got a call back for more than 2 weeks . Now, they’re telling the refund / replacement period is over . besides, whatever we buy on the site is NOT THEIR responsibility! And that, if I have a problem I should contact the product company directly! How can it be not their responsibility?


Needless to say, I would NEVER USE THEM and advise anyone I know against using them!


I have the recordings to prove how their rude and have a don’t care attitude towards customers! Stay AWAY AND SAVE YOURSELF THE ANXIETY N MONEY!


Update: I submitted the proof of emails, rude calls to their customer service and other communications with Green Dust and my Credit Card Company ruled the Chargeback in my favor. If you have problems with them, try taking this route and save time and avoid emotional upheaval.
