These are my personal experience with green Dust. I would suggest anybody not to buy from them. At frist I have received a Samsung Star 2 from Green Dust on dated 23-02-13 with six month Samsung Warranty agaist oder no.- 223153. Although it was a factory seconds product and the handset was full of scratches on the screen and back panel. I have called their customer services the refused to change it. After that I have got a call Mr. Jay services head of green dust .
He assured me reshipped and would be never face such any kind of problem. I couriered it on my personal expense 150 Rupess. I got second mobile roughly condition. I returned it and asked my refund but Mr. Jay assued me again that we will ship your mobile in good condition after checked it.
But I have suffred for it. They never replied through mail but only called you.
After some time I have started problem in this mobile. I went a nearby Samsung store held in Ballabgarh (FBD.) But Dealer refused to solved my problem and asked me its warranty cards. After that I have mailed to Green Dust 4 providing W . Cards but the company refused that we does not provide any warranty cards except invoice bill copy. I went 2 time in store but dealer reply was same. I have also written complaint to dealer in Samsung India but same reply and said without warranty card we cant do nothing against the dealer. I have contact many time from Green Dust & its Ceo , Samsung India, and Samsung Dealer but problem is still pending.
Pls dont believe in Green dust & Their Service Head Mr. Jay Friends After that if you feel that I m telling lie and hide anything from you . You can call me and I forwarded you complete matter. I m writing these line that nobody suffered like me and save your money & yourself.
