I ordered a ’FABIANO’ electric kettle from greendust.com. The website description says the electric kettle is manufactured by FABIANO but upon receiving the product, I discovered the product is actually a fake/ duplicate product marketed under the name Fabiano.
On closer inspection I realized the product is actually made by a local electronics unit in Delhi which calls itself ’Tech-fabiano’.So here we are duped by the name Fabiano. WE ARE SENT A FAKE/DUPLICATE FABIANO PRODUCT. INSTEAD WE ARE SENT A PRODUCT MANUFACTURED BY "TECH FABIANO’
we called greendust customer care, and tried to lodge a complaint against the fake product we received.We wrote several mails that were never replied by greendust. We made several follow-up calls but never gained any satisfactory response. The reps were unable to understand the difference between ’fabiano’ and ’tech-fabiano’ and they kept forcing us to accept that both are just the same. Now who the fool on earth will say that ’fabiano’ and ’tech fabiano’ both brands are same. Anyway after hours of explaining and calling and handing over of the calls to various reps, we made the team understand our problem. They said that someone from greendust will call back to acknowledge the issue.
Then started the eternal wait for a call which never came. So again we called and wrote several mails. This time we were told that our complaint is being looked after and someone from fabiano will call back. Now the product that we received was duplicate fabiano (tech-fabiano’ so I wonder what will the Fabiano guys do with it. We tried to return the product but the complicated return policy made the matter worse. ANyway noone ever called and more that 20 days have passed and the product is lying unused and packed. I have decided that I will never in my life, ever buy any product from greenduct .com. INFACT NOONE SHOULD EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM GREENDUCT.COM. THEY SELL DUPLICATE PRODUCT AND DUPE PEOPLE OF THEIR HARD-EARNED MONEY.
