I made an order of LG refrigerator 2 weeks back but did not received any call for confirmation(as I received an auto generated email that stated will receive a call for confirmation) when I called them after 2 weeks the customer care executive told the product is not available now.
And also they don’t even respond on the emails. One more interesting story is whenever I called them every time executive use to say their name as Dilip and every time they ask you that they are putting you on hold and most of the time never get back and call will get disconnected.
Its totally fake and waste of time and energy.
