Never ever think of buying anything from these crooks. Ordered a product from them on 4th November and hasn’t received it even after 20 days of making the payment.
They claim they shiiped it on 5th November, although no shipping information was provided through mail or in My account section on their website. After numerous calls received the docket/consignment number which is not trackable. Their customercare department is so rude , they say it is not their duty to check with the courier company, they have shipped the product and their responsibility ends there. When I exclaimed with pain that their company does not enjoy good reputation among the e-commerce world, the CC executive blatantly responded why I bought an item from an ill-reputed company in the first place, which left me speechless.
Beware people Greendust is exactly what it sounds, pile of dust. You are better advised to stay away from such cheap companies which have no business ethics !!
