My email request to Gaurav juneja( CEO grocermax),
Issue 1. The Unix biscuit pack complaint. The packs are packed 4 months back and came with other ordered stuff loaded on the packs.
I have not opened these packs worth 200/- and want the refund.
Issue 2) the ponds cold cream and nice cream sent to me is manufactured in early 2014, and is old. The pack is sealed and I need replacement.
Issue3) laser blades issue ordered in Oct and November month( 2 packs) are manufactured in early 2015 are old and unsafe for skin. I have already complained about it twice but not replaced, packs are sealed and unused.
If in next 24 hours these are not replaced and replacement assurance is not provided.
I am going to take 3 actions against grocermax
Write to food and adulteration department govt of India for taking it so casually by selling expired food stuff and cosmetics by grocermax.
I will share this awareness among my friends and they will be careful and skeptical about ordering items from grocermax
