GR8 Items with poor service & delivery

I booked a few items and paid online. Suddenly I receive sms after 2 days that we are processing your package and then an sms stating courier docket no. on tracking the same it shows page not found. After 15 days the site shows that the deal is cancelled as payment conditions were rejected. How come when online credit card payment is made 15 days back it is rejected even the card bill showing full remmitance.


No clue no service backup. no products review or customers reviews available. Is groupon trying to say they sell all premium items hence customers should not put reviews. Guys wake up.
