I wouldnt suggest anyone to buy any product deals from crazeal. I ordered for the product and it reached within the time given by them. But when I opened the package I expected a fresh piece, but found a piece which had scratches all over the vacuum cleaner body and was dirty. Looked as if someone had used and had packed the same product. It very disappointing to see a product in such bad condition. I did not expect this level of service from crazeal.
