Placed an order on 26th Sept 2014, not received it yet. But they say it was delivered on 7th Oct 2014. Following it up for more than a month now, no result till date. Worst customer care, be it email or call.
The courier company from which the courier was sent has no customer support no or email id to trace the courier.
Tip: Never buy any product from groupon.co.in which needs to be shipped.
