POOR SERVICE FROM CUSTOMERCARE

1.I purchased some credits under a groupon on groupon scheme. From groupon.The credits were to be given to me by 21st oct.. But after writing a number of mails & talking to them on phone. There is no clarity on the issue even after 7 days of deal. I think groupon should adhere strictly to schedule of events.


2.I sometimes buy lunch/dinner/breakfast coupons from groupon. But some times the restaurant does not provide the menu as per. Items displayed on groupon site. Groupon must take it seriuosly when, we inform them.
