I had rs. 400 worth of credit in my account which i now find has been removed on its own ??? I called their support and informed them of the issue and that it should be immediately rectified, to which i got response that they will take action only after i send a written request ?? Why ? They can clearly see the error in my account details. I was also promised by the customer rep. ’Divya’ that they will call me back in 1 hour, but that also did not happen.
Please be aware of such sites and avoid transaction on crazeal.com...
Addendum : finally after having lost patience waiting response (email or phone) i have called crazeal and asked to speak to team leader ’jayant’ who has finally agreed to credit the points back. Still i dont understand why customer has to chase for resolution of a problem and not get any response also....
Update: I had bought another coupon and the coupon was declined by vendor. I complained and was assured that the coupon code will work...which was a lie as i went and the coupons (5 coupons) were all declined !!! How useless these guys are can not be imagined !
