I tried to buy a gift card from a reputed company, since it was a so called "activation offer" the customer can only buy one voucher with one id & Groupon will send only one voucher per address. Accepted. The time I tried to buy it showed an Error (According to the cst care agent it was a technical issue from my side whr the net isn’t working properly). Hence I was unable to buy the voucher.
Called the Cst care agent who gave me the same T&C gyan. Tried with another email id & postal address, still the buy did not go through. Telling the same to the cst care agent, all that they did was to tell me that they can not do anything about it and later started to blame me for buying it. I mean how can u blame me for trying to buy a deal....???
Please avoid the website.. Honest suggestion.
