Service and support of groupon is very poor. I ordered two deals to be delivered to Ranchi. One and half week since the purchase I wrote to them asking why the items are not delivered yet. So finally they replied saying that they cant deliver in that area.
They dint even bother to inform. On asking my money they are depositing amount -250 rs in my account and Rs 250 voucher. I don’t want the voucher, why are they forcing me to buy from them when its their mistake.
