I’ve ordered an item Blue CPCN Expandable Hose Pipe with Spray Gun on 6th Nov and paid the cash online. So far the item is not dispatched to me and status update on the groupon delivery site is always showing Under process. I called the customer care multiple time but in vain.
Always hear all our representatives are busy and after some waiting time the call is getting disconnected. I sent a mail to the customer care and yet to receive the response. Useless site which least bother about customers and their customer care is who cares about.
If I would have ordered through some other e-tailers, by this time I would have started using the product. I’ll think twice to buy anything from groupon and perhaps never think of groupon at all.
