No refund and no response after sevral emails

I received a damaged product for which I sent snapshots.They immediately arranged for the damaged product to be picked up and I received email from them that they will arrange for refund.


After that there is no response from them even when I have send several emails to them.


When I call the phone, they ask me to hold till a person is available to take my call,


After holding for 2-3 minutes, the phone simply disconnects.
